My name Sara jean, I’m very passionate about running and weight lifting.

Am 27 years old, I am a young woman full of energy who always prefers to see the glass half full. Neither my small size nor my youthful boil prevents me from being smiling to life!

Since my earliest childhood, sport has been an integral part of my daily life. After 15 years on basketball courts, I blossom today in running and weigh lifting. I am a sprinter but I have a big weakness for the altitude difference and the nature races.

Based in Bordeaux and gaga of my beautiful Southwest, I am always in mops to discover other horizons in the US or elsewhere. I took a liking to traveling when I lived in England as part of my studies.

A master’s degree in communication, I graduated web project manager. At the end of my master’s degree, I chose to create a tailor-made job by devoting myself to my blog. Because being a blogger fulfilling to me more than anything, since my debut in 2010.

So head to the weight room, and when you feel like quitting, ask yourself why you started. The secret to shedding pounds is actually to build muscles. Go on, workout with weights. Another option is circuit training, which involves moving quickly from one exercise to the next, and burns 30% more calories than a typical weight workout. It blasts fat and sculpts muscle, burning up to 10 calories a minute.

When I started my blog in June 2010, this universe was not at all publicized. I started with the need to share my good plans and good practices but especially, the desire to meet cool girls who have the same interests as me.
